 Rondetafelgesprek over een Inclusieve Werkomgeving voor Ondersteunend 
 Personeel\n\nBinnen het project Inclusieve Werkomgeving aan de VU werken we 
 aan een diversiteits- en inclusiestrategie voor VU-medewerkers. Ons doel is 
 om bestaande initiatieven op de VU samen te brengen\, een toolbox met 
 interventies te ontwikkelen en mechanismen op te zetten voor monitoring en 
 verantwoording. Om ervoor te zorgen dat onze strategie en initiatieven 
 relevant en effectief zijn\, worden medewerkers uitgenodigd om hun 
 ervaringen\, behoeften en ideeën te delen tijdens rondetafelgesprekken. 
 Jouw bijdrage is essentieel voor het succes van dit project en levert een 
 directe bijdrage aan de diversiteits- en inclusiestrategie van de VU. Dus 
 schrijf je in en praat mee.\n\nDit rondetafelgesprek is speciaal bedoeld om 
 input op te halen van ondersteunend personeel (OBP). Werk je als OBP en wil 
 je graag je bijdrage leveren? Schrijf je dan in! Werk je als 
 wetenschappelijk personeel of voer je specifieke D&I-gerelateerde 
 werkzaamheden uit binnen de VU? Dan kun je je inschrijven voor een van de 
 andere rondetafelgesprekken (zie hieronder).\n\nDeze sessie zal in het 
 Nederlands plaatsvinden. Als je deel uitmaakt van het ondersteunend 
 personeel maar graag wilt deelnemen aan een van de Engelstalige 
 rondetafelgesprekken\, of als je wetenschappelijk personeel bent maar graag 
 wilt deelnemen aan het Nederlandstalige rondetafelgesprek\, neem dan

 project at VU\, we are working to create a cohesive diversity and inclusion 
 strategy for VU employees. Our goal is to bring together existing 
 initiatives\, develop a toolbox of interventions and establish mechanisms 
 for monitoring and accountability. To ensure our strategy and tools are 
 relevant and effective\, employees are invited to share their experiences\, 
 needs\, and ideas through these round tables. Your input is crucial to the 
 success of this project and contributes directly to VU's diversity and

 is specifically designed to gather input from support staff. Do you work as 
 support staff and want to contribute? Then sign up! If you work as academic 
 staff or as a D&I researcher within VU\, you can register for one of the

 are part of support staff but would like to participate in one of the 
 English speaking round tables or if you are from the academic staff but
