Software Carpentry: Python Beginner+
The UvA is hosting a Python workshop with the VU intended for beginners with a focus on project work.
This four day workshop introduces researchers to the fundamentals of Python for data analysis and visualization. It is aimed at learners who are new to programming, and focuses on applying these new skills to their own research. The workshop is offered free of charge, and will take place on 2, 9, 16 and 23 September, from 10:00 to 15:00.

Hi there, I work in the library as the research software engineer. Basically I help researchers and students learn how to program, make tools for people, and answer questions about coding. I used to work as a chef, so I am also happy to ask questions about cooking and food!
